It employs colors' unique vibrational energies to influence mood, emotions, and vitality.
-
This therapy can be administered through colored light immersion, visual stimuli, or applied color bands on specific fingers or acupoints.
-
Ayurvedic Acupressure, developed by Shri J.P. Agarwal, offers holistic healing by cleansing the Body, Mind, and Soul, complementing conventional medical care.
-
It helps individuals with physical and metaphysical issues.
-
Color perception is rooted in the brain's interpretation of oscillating wavelengths.
-
Color therapy asserts that colors generate intricate electrical impulses in the brain, impacting hormonal and biochemical processes.
-
Ayurvedic Acupressure harmonizes physical and metaphysical elements, promising holistic well-being.
-
It holds potential for addressing complex health issues, especially in special children and those with neurological conditions.
-
The vibrational energies of colors, applied to acupressure points, stimulate physiological and emotional processes.
-
In the context of birth protocols within Ayurvedic Acupressure, specific energies are modulated for healing and harmony.
-
This approach can significantly benefit special children and individuals with neurological complexities.
-
Blissful Birthing thoughtfully integrates dermatomes with Ayurvedic Acupressure, creating dynamic color bands.

In Ayurvedic Acupressure, each finger is linked to specific tonification and sedation colors. If you feel that a particular elemental energy is excessive, you can apply the corresponding sedation color. Conversely, when you believe that the energy is lacking in a specific element, you should use the appropriate tonification color as indicated in the chart. This method involves applying these specific colors around the joints of particular fingers or around the nail plate, known as nail chakras. For instance, the color Pink is used to tonify the energy of the Mind. Placing pink on the joints of the middle finger (finger no. 8) or around the nail can create a calming effect. Similarly, applying pink around the nail plate of finger no. 6, associated with the nervous system, can help induce a sense of calmness.
We all have heard about 5 Elements but in Ayurvedic Acupressure we work with the 10 Elements. They are:

AYURVEDIC ACUPRESSURE PROTOCOLS
The concept of putting colors on Ayurvedic meridians is related to Ayurvedic Acupressure, which is an alternative healing approach. Applying specific colours to Ayurvedic Meridians can help improve various health conditions and disabilities. Here's a general idea of how it's thought to work:

Balancing Energies: In Ayurvedic Acupressure, the body's energies or doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) play a significant role in health and well-being. Specific colors are believed to correspond to these doshas, and by applying the corresponding colors to Ayurvedic meridians, practitioners aim to balance these energies. This balance is thought to improve overall health and potentially alleviate disabilities associated with energy imbalances.
-
Chakra Balancing: Ayurvedic Acupressure often involves working with the chakras or energy centers in the body. Each chakra is associated with specific colors, and imbalances in the chakras are believed to affect physical and mental health. By applying the relevant colors to the chakras, practitioners seek to restore balance and harmony. A balanced chakra system is thought to support physical and emotional healing, potentially benefiting individuals with disabilities.
-
Stimulation of Acupressure Points: Like traditional acupressure, Ayurvedic Acupressure includes applying pressure to specific points on the body. When combined with colors, it is thought to enhance the therapeutic effects. The application of colors to these acupressure points may influence energy flow and promote overall well-being, which can be especially relevant for individuals with disabilities.
-
Emotional and Mental Balance: Disabilities can be both physical and mental. Ayurvedic Acupressure believes in the mind-body connection and the impact of emotions on physical health. By addressing emotional and mental imbalances through the application of colors and energy work, it is believed that individuals can experience improvements in their overall health and, potentially, their disabilities.
It's essential to understand that Ayurvedic Acupressure and colour therapy are considered alternative or complementary therapies.
